Introduction

ATMEGA128 Microcontroller Socket is compatible with two different types of  AVR development boards. It is a standalone board for ATMEGA128 microcontroller. It has 14.7456MHz crystal for system clock. Board has power on reset circuit, Reset switch and 10 pin FRC socket for ISP (In System Programming). This board can be used for ATMEGA128 based generic development.

Note: If you want to use ATMEGA128 for custom design without using supported boards mentioned above then use ATMEGA128 Board as it has pins laid out in single line which will be more convenient for using on the general purpose board.
